MasterBrand Cabinets Incorporated (MBCI) is pleased to announce the introduction of a new tool that will assist our suppliers in selecting MBCI approved carriers, the MBCI Internet Transportation Routing Guide. The routing guide allows suppliers to select appropriate carriers based upon the location, weight, and time sensitivity of the cargo. It is imperative that this process is used for routing all of your MBCI shipments. Failure to ship freight via the lowest cost carrier will result in your obligation to pay the difference in any freight charges which may arise from the use of a carrier that is not the lowest cost MBCI carrier. In addition, non-compliance with this policy will result in your obligation to pay a $100.00 administrative fee for each occurrence. Our routing guide provides pertinent information about our suppliers’ shipment needs to any one of our MBCI facilities throughout North America. Your business will be supported, whether your organization is nearby or across the continent from your MBCI facility. To utilize this tool, provide four basic characteristics about the shipment:
